Time: 7:45am-5:00pm

• Morning session commences at 8:00am with the Novice heats followed by Junior, Intermediate & Senior Heats.

• Afternoon session commences after lunch with the Open heats

• Grades - Novice, Junior, Intermediate, Senior and Open

 

Waimarino Shears shearing with Te Taura Whiri i te Reo Māori 2024 SPEED SHEAR COMPETITION

Time: 6.30pm-9:00pm (function continues until 12:30am)

• Available to open grade competitors

• Speed shear competitors receive free entry to the event and evening function

• $4k of prize money is up for grabs

FULLY PAID ENTRIES WILL RECEIVE:

• Free gate entry upon arrival

• Competitors draw to win a prize pack worth over $1,000
   

ALL COMPETITORS ARE REQUIRED TO:

• Check in at the gate and report to the administration tent to confirm your arrival and collect wristband. All function wristbands will be available from the administration tent throughout the day.

• Hangi can be purchased for each competitor at $10
